Refund Policy

At Elite Success Mentors, we aim to deliver high-value coaching and training experiences.
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we follow a transparent refund policy.

1. Webinars (Live or Recorded)

All webinar registrations are non-refundable.
Seats are limited and allocated in advance, so refunds cannot be issued once you register.

If you miss a session, you may receive the recording (when available).

2. Coaching Programs / Courses

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed sessions
  • Partially attended programs
  • Digital downloads
  • Templates, guides, or kits
  • Instant-access content

Refund requests are considered only if:

  • You were charged twice mistakenly
  • A technical issue prevented access and our team could not resolve it

All valid refunds (rare cases) are processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Duplicate or Wrong Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, email us with proof of transaction at:

After verification, we will initiate a refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Because success depends on personal implementation, we do not offer refunds based on:

  • Lack of results
  • Lack of time to attend
  • Change of mind
  • Unrelated personal circumstances

5. Event Rescheduling

If a webinar or session is rescheduled by us:

  • You may attend the new session
  • If you cannot attend, you will receive access to the recording
  • Refunds are not provided
